Lichtenberg is a part of the municipality Woltersdorf in Wendland .

The row village is two kilometers southwest of Woltersdorf.
history
For the year 1848 it is stated that Lichtenberg had 52 residential buildings in which 304 people lived. At the time the place was parish to Woltersdorf and there was a school in Lichtenberg. On December 1, 1910, Lichtenberg in the Lüchow district had 288 inhabitants. On July 1, 1972, Lichtenberg was incorporated into the community of Woltersdorf.
