The alliance represents the interests of conservatism , religious Zionism , nationalism , revisionist Zionism , secularism , economic liberalism and the Russian-speaking Israelis. Within the Likud there were protests against the electoral alliance, led by Michael Eitan , who then accepted the party's decision. On July 7, 2014, Avigdor Lieberman , party leader of Jisra'el bejtejnu, announced the dissolution of the alliance due to differences of opinion over the course of action against the Palestinian terrorist organization Hamas .
