Lilia Izquierdo Aguirre (born February 10, 1967 in Havana ) is a Cuban national volleyball player .
Izquierdo won the gold medal with the Cuban national team three times in a row at the Olympic Games in 1992, 1996 and 2000. There were also two gold medals at the World Championships in 1994 and 1998 and numerous victories at the Volleyball World Grand Prix .
From 1998 to 2000 Izquierdo played in Italy with Marsì Palermo and Romanelli Florence . Later she was also active in Spain for UCAM Murcia .
