Lilliendal

The Lilliendal estate was built in 1664, when the manor house was given the name "Skuderupgaard". It was named "Lilliendal" in 1765. Lilliendal is located in the parish of Øster Egesborg Sogn in the municipality of Vordingborg . The main building was built in 1765 and rebuilt in 1825, 1852 and 1919.

Almost two hundred years about Lilliendal was owned by Uradelsgeschlechtes Knuth .

history

Adam Christopher Knuth initially owned the Christiansdal barony on Lolland. In 1804 he obtained royal permission to dissolve the barony and in 1821 he set up the Fideikommiss Liliendal. In 1919 the Danish entails were dissolved.
