Lin (Lüliang)
Lin ( Chinese 临县 , Pinyin Lín Xiàn ) is a Chinese district in the prefecture -level city of Lüliang in the west of Shanxi Province . It has an area of 2,979 km² and has a population of 580,000. Its main town is the community of Linquan (临泉 镇).
The Yiju Temple (Yiju si 义 居 寺), the Shanqing Temple (Shanqing si 善 庆 寺) and the traditional architecture of Qikou (Qikou gu jianzhuqun 碛 口 古 建筑 群) are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China .
