Linaria pseudolaxiflora is a plant from the family of the way Erich plants (Plantaginaceae). It is only found in the Pelagie Islands and Malta .

Linaria pseudolaxiflora is an annual plant . The creeping, unbranched stem axis can be 5 to 22 centimeters long. The elliptical to narrow, lanceolate leaves are up to 10 millimeters long and 4 millimeters wide and taper almost to a point towards the extreme end. They are whorled in the lower part , alternately arranged above .
Flowering time is between March and May. The inflorescence is a (heady) raceme with one to five flowers . The flower stalks are up to 6 millimeters long, significantly longer than the bracts . The calyx is 3 to 4.5 millimeters long, the calyx lobes are narrow, elongated-round and tapering almost to a point at the extreme end. The bluish crown is 15 to 17 millimeters long, its spur 7 to 8 millimeters long and straight. The lobes of the upper lip stand upright.
The fruit is a capsule with a diameter of 3.5 to 5 millimeters and contains 0.6 to 0.9 millimeters in diameter, egg-shaped to approximately kidney-shaped, black seeds.
The number of chromosomes is 2n = 12.
distribution
The species is a so-called pelago-Maltese endemic, so it is only found on the Pelagic Islands and Malta . It occurs rarely to scattered in Malta. It inhabits dry rocky locations and old walls.

Linaria pseudolaxiflora was first described by Michele Lojacono-Pojero in 1885 .
