Architecture and history
The two-storey, plastered villa was built between 1925 and 1930. The semicircular balcony on the street side, which is supported by columns, is a striking feature of the house's appearance. The balcony grille is kept in the Art Deco style. A dormer window with three windows and its own decorative gable is located above this large central balcony . On the sides of the building there are arched-looking risalites . The house is covered with a hipped roof .
