The house Lindenstraße 62 is a listed building in Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

The villa, registered in the Quedlinburg monument register, is located north of the historic Quedlinburg city center. It is located on the south side of the street and is set back in relation to the rest of the street.
Architecture and history
The two-storey, plastered villa was built in 1924. The unusual design of the house entrance is remarkable. Access is through a portico in the center of the building , through which one reaches the tower-like staircase. Both the pillars of the portico and the base of the building itself are designed with embossed blocks.
Some original windows and leaded glazing are still preserved on the house.
