The Line Islands are a small group of islands off the Fallières coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . They are between Horseshoe Island and Camp Point .
Participants in the British Graham Land Expedition (1934-1937) led by the Australian polar explorer John Rymill mapped them for the first time. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named them descriptively in 1971, since the archipelago is equivalent to a chain of islands on a line of lined up islands.
