Economic reports for Luxembourg

In 2004, on behalf of the Luxembourg Tripartite , Fontagné prepared a report assessing the competitiveness of the Luxembourg economy. He then acts as a consultant for the implementation of the Lisbon Strategy (see the 2009 Competitiveness Report).

On February 4th 2010, Fontagné presented its update of the first report to the Luxembourg public, entitled: " Compétitivité au Luxembourg: après la bulle ". From the circumstances surrounding the “second report”, which was not officially commissioned, the trade union OGBL suspects an attempt on the part of the patronage to set the course for economic policy before the start of the planned new round of tripartites .
