Lippberge

The Lippberge are an elevation in the Bovenden district in the Göttingen district in southern Lower Saxony . They are located southeast of Billingshausen and west of Holzerode and belong to the Göttingen Forest .

The Lippberge have two peaks of almost the same height: the north peak is 377 and the south peak is 381.1 meters high.

The Rodebach , a tributary of the Leine , has its source near the Lipp Mountains .

The Mäuseturm rises 700 meters east of the southern summit , the approximately 13-meter-high ruin of the former church in the desert of Moseborn.
