Lisa-Marie Fischer

Lisa-Marie Fischer (* 1991 in Marburg ) is a German singer and songwriter . Her musical style can be described as country folk.

Career

Lisa-Marie Fischer grew up in Marburg and graduated there at the Martin Luther School , the High School . She came to music on a music cruise in 2007, where she met musicians of the country and folk genre . After the cruise, Fischer started playing guitar and writing songs. In June 2010 the company Stevja Publishing became aware of Lisa-Marie Fischer and signed her.

In September 2010 Lisa-Marie Fischer recorded her first demo EP for Stevja Records. Her first CD with the title Lisa-Marie Fischer was released in March 2011 by Stevja Records. The CD contains almost exclusively own song material. The first US tour followed in the summer of 2011, a second US tour in the summer of 2012.

With a team of songwriters from Nashville , further songs were created between 2011 and 2013. In February 2013 she performed at the country meeting in Berlin. On February 25, 2013 she appeared on the radio show Chansons, Lieder und Folk on the radio station BRF 1 . On March 8, 2013 the artist's second CD, Sugar & Salt (Stevja Records / Soulfood) was released. The CD was produced and recorded in Nashville (Quad Studios). Guest musicians include Mark Evitts (mandolin, fiddle), Nick Buda (drums) and Michael Douchette (pedal steel). On April 2, 2013, she appeared on US television on a broadcast on WTVC News Channel 9 .
