Lisa Martin-Ondieki

Lisa Frances Martin-Ondieki (born Lisa O'Dea, in her first marriage Lisa Martin ; born May 12, 1960 in Gawler ) is an Australian long-distance runner and winner of an Olympic silver medal.

In 1983, in her first marathon , she improved the Australian record by almost five minutes to 2:32:22. When she took part in the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, where a women's marathon was held for the first time (2:29:03, seventh place) and the Chicago Marathon in the same year (2:27:40, second place), she pressed this Mark further down.

Lisa Martin was married to her fellow runner Ken Martin. Then she married the top Kenyan runner Yobes Ondieki . From this now divorced relationship a daughter emerged.
