Lisa Niemi
Lisa Niemi (* 26. May 1956 in Houston , Texas as Lisa Haapaniemi ) is an American actress and dancer .
Life
Niemi was born in 1956 to Finnish immigrants in Houston, Texas. She met her future husband, the US actor, singer and dancer Patrick Swayze, at the age of 15 when she was taking dance lessons from his mother Patsy Swayze. She had been married to him since June 12, 1975.
She founded a film production with him, in the film One Last Dance (2003) they played the leading roles. Niemi wrote the script, took on the female lead and directed. The film was produced by Patrick Swayze. On September 14, 2009, her husband died of pancreatic cancer . She has been married to the jeweler Albert DePrisco since 2014.
