Lisa Sieburger (born November 19, 1991 in Eschborn ) is a former German triathlete . She is Vice European Champion on the Duathlon short distance (2016).

Career

Lisa Sieburger was already active in swimming as a child. In August 2012 she became German U23 champion on the triathlon sprint distance.

Vice European Champion Duathlon 2016

In April 2016 Sieburger became Vice-European Champion in Kalkar on the Duathlon short distance (10 km running, 40 km cycling and 5 km running). She finished fourth at the Duathlon World Championship in Spain in June.

Sieburger started in the B-team (elite) of the German Triathlon Union (DTU) until 2016 . In June 2016 she started her last international race as a professional as part of the ITU Duathlon World Championship.

In April 2017, the 25-year-old German became vice-champion on the Duathlon short distance. Sieburger has not appeared internationally since 2017.
