Villa Carlshagen with garden, front garden and remains of the enclosure | Today's appearance was created through the renovation and expansion of a small tower villa built around 1870. The architect Friedrich Wilhelm Göhre designed the villa in 1909/1910 in the classical style. The client was the Jewish banker Carl Hagen . The building has thirteen axles, one and two storeys with a mansard hipped roof and a four storey stair tower. Remnants of the former fence along Zeppelinstrasse have been preserved. | |

Wollner residence with enclosure | The residential building was built in 1875/1876 on behalf of the rentier Hermann Wollner. According to the design of the court builder and court mason Ernst Petzholtz , a small rental house was built in the late classical style. The five-axis plastered building is two-story with a flat hipped roof . On the street side, a loggia with double columns protrudes. |
