A design drawn up by Ludwig Persius in 1843 was incorporated into the redesign . From 1843 to 1850 the house served the poet Ludwig Tieck as a summer residence. From 1874 it was made available to the peace parish as a “small child preservation facility” and called the “Queen Elisabeth House”. The sponsor, LSB Sportservice Brandenburg gGmbH, a subsidiary of the State Sports Association of Brandenburg , received the 2013 Monument Preservation Prize for the renovation of the building in accordance with the requirements of the monument, awarded by the Ministry of Science, Research and Culture. | |
