Villa Tieck, later Queen Elisabeth House Friedrich Wilhelm IV had the former "Wittmeyer'sche house" from 1773 rebuilt and expanded in 1845/46. A design drawn up by Ludwig Persius in 1843 was incorporated into the redesign . From 1843 to 1850 the house served the poet Ludwig Tieck as a summer residence. From 1874 it was made available to the peace parish as a “small child preservation facility” and called the “Queen Elisabeth House”. The building is still used today (as of 2013) as a day-care center ("Friedenshaus").

"New school" When the Bornstedter village school (see: Ribbeckstrasse 7) had become too small, the Crown Prince couple Friedrich and Victoria commissioned a new building. North of the former Victoriastraße, today Ribbeckstraße, a school building in the English country house style was built according to the design of the district architect Heinrich von Lancizolle in 1876/77, which today houses the day care center “Schulplatz 1”. The sponsor, LSB Sportservice Brandenburg gGmbH, a subsidiary of the State Sports Association of Brandenburg , received the 2013 Monument Preservation Prize for the renovation of the building in accordance with the requirements of the monument, awarded by the Ministry of Science, Research and Culture.

Villa Eckert with garden shed, gardens, remains of curiosity and enclosure On behalf of the merchant Paul Eckert, the master bricklayer Albert Lüdicke built a single-storey garden house with a simple, late-classical plastered facade in 1881, which he converted around one axis, now on five axes, with a raised central projection in 1881 . Lüdicke also built a “stable and apartment building” on the property in 1877 and another garden house (No. 10) on the northern property boundary in 1878/79. An iron fence was erected on the street front in 1880. A rear extension followed in 1935 by master mason Max Beyertt.
