List of honorary citizens of Eggenfelden
The honorary citizenship is the highest honor that the Lower Bavarian town of Eggenfelden can forgive.
Since 1887, the following 20 people have been made honorary citizens. In the course of the incorporation of Gern I, the three honorary citizenships awarded there were taken over. Five honorary citizenships awarded during the time of National Socialism were formally revoked on April 5, 2011 by resolution of the city council.
In the meeting room of the Eggenfelden town hall there is a picture gallery with portraits of the honorary citizens.
Note: The listing is done chronologically according to the date of award.
