Georg Luber (politician)

Georg Luber (born November 6, 1893 in Nuremberg , † January 6, 1961 in Munich ) was a German farmer and member of the NSDAP .

Career

After studying agriculture, which he graduated with a diploma, he worked as an estate inspector in Silesia from 1917 . From 1922 to 1929 he was administrator of the Thuringian teaching material. In 1929 he acquired the Stocka estate near Abensberg .

Luber was a member of the NSDAP and the SA , where he achieved the rank of brigade leader . In the state elections in April 1932, he entered the Bavarian state parliament . After he was brought into line in the course of the National Socialist “ seizure of power ”, Prime Minister Ludwig Siebert brought him into his cabinet in 1933 as Minister of State, then Commissioner for special use.

In the same year he was made an honorary citizen in Eggenfelden and Schrobenhausen - without any direct reference to the place.
