Herbert Kempfler

Herbert Kempfler (born July 11, 1931 in Munich ) is a German politician ( CSU ).

Life

Kempfler attended elementary school and the cathedral high school in Freising . He studied law at the universities of Munich and Heidelberg , he also stayed in England and studied political science at the Munich School of Politics . 1956 followed the doctorate at the University of Munich. In 1958 he became a lawyer in Eggenfelden , in 1970 he was a lecturer at the University of Regensburg and from 1971 to 1975 he was a lecturer at the Weihenstephan University of Applied Sciences in the Schönbrunn department . In 1975 he became a professor at the Weihenstephan University of Applied Sciences. Kempfler is a founding member of “ Kinder in Not ”.

Kempfler was a city councilor in Eggenfelden , district councilor and chairman of the CSU district association Rottal-Inn . He is a member of the working group for medium-sized companies and the working group of lawyers of the CSU. The bearer of the Bavarian Order of Merit sat in the Bavarian State Parliament from 1978 to 2003 , from 1980 always directly elected to the constituency of Rottal-Inn .

He is a member of the Catholic student association KBSt.V. Rhaetia Munich .
