List of corporations under public law in the German Reich (1933–1945)

In the course of the harmonization of the state, the NSDAP and other areas of society in the NS state , there was a mixture of state structures and those that are typically assigned to private law outside of this period. The organizational units created in this way were often granted the status of a corporation under public law .

Legal consequences

These facts are not only of direct historical importance. Among other things, they are important with regard to legal succession and copyright. With regard to Section 134 of the Copyright Act and standards from pre-constitutional law , such as the KUG and the LUG , this may result in a different calculation of the term of protection of works by such legal entities.
