1872 | Peace oak and monument, sandstone, marked 1872–1912. In 1872 the war participants in the Franco-German War founded the war club for Ebernburg and Münster. On March 22nd, 1872, the birthday of Kaiser Wilhelm I, he planted the peace oak. The place was renamed "An der Friedenseiche". The memorial stone was donated on the occasion of the 40th birthday of the association. As part of the construction of the underground car park, the square was redesigned and the monument moved.
