Shield-shaped Frankish-Carolingian fortified royal court (Curtis) of the Amöneburg-Seelheim imperial estate district. Of the complex excavated in the forest in 1936, a pointed ditch, the approx. 11 m large basement hole of a house or tower and partly the wall can still be seen. 740 (um)
