around 1692 Watermill built on a mill moat that has now silted up, no technical equipment available, Renaissance building with a steep pitched roof, coats of arms on the courtyard side, including a seat niche portal, explain architectural significance, in the agricultural region the mill was of local historical importance, today a residential building.

One-storey, high, steep gable roof, windows with sandstone walls, coat of arms with bandwork and rosettes. Portal as well. Coat of arms signed IDHT - the rest illegible, probably dated 1692. Rebuilt after a fire around 1927, ground floor in quarry stone masonry, probably old. Grinder and mill wheel removed, former mill ditch silted up.

around 1500 Significant in terms of building history, local history and the appearance of the town, Gothic church building, double portal in the churchyard wall as a late Gothic seat niche portal.

Cemetery entrance with two round-arched porphyry tuff portals, the large arch with seating niche, both arches with bar garlands, in the entrance wall an inscription plaque “1590”, above “1706 repaired”, on the right a stonemason's mark “Renewed 1983”, in the middle a severed coat of arms. In the wall next to the entrance to the churchyard there is a classical wall tomb of the von Einsiedel family. Triangular gable above the entablature with stucco tendrils in it, acroteria on the top and on the sides, a table belonging to the Einsiedel family standing next to it. In front of the southern entrance porch (neo-Gothic wooden door) there is a large grave slab for Ludwig Karl von Pöllnitz (1737–1807). On the north wall of the nave, a memorial for those who fell in World War I: erected porphyry tufa with an inscription and a sword.

re. 1806 Gatehouse with plastered half-timbered upper storey, large and small arches with porphyry framing and old oak plank filling, ensemble that characterizes the village in the old town center next to the church (before that, a small bakery - demolished in 1998)

Gatehouse: both arches with keystone, in the keystone of the great gate: basket of flowers and dating 1806 . Gatehouse with half-timbered upper floor, plastered, visible inside. In addition, the gable-independent house is very desolate. In front of the gatehouse on Dorfstrasse, probably an old bakery (Gem. Benndorf, Flstk. 35) made of field stone and clay, with a hipped roof, demolished before 2009.

re. 1895 Representative large farmstead with a late-classicist facade from the Wilhelminian era, characterized by its elevated position and richly decorated gable.

Twelve-axis plastered construction, grooved on the ground floor, stucco roofing on the 1st floor. Richly decorated five-axis gable with coupled windows, next to it medallions, above an ox eye. Porphyry tuff base. Formerly an ornamental garden in front of the gable end, original iron fence, fence demolished before 2009. Entrance door on the courtyard side with sandstone walls, above it an inscription: 3rd year ... built in 1895 .

17th-19th Century Baroque buildings, enclosing the park with old sandstone pillars and water basins made of porphyry tuff, evidence of the Benndorf manor complex, whose castle was demolished around 1960, of local and architectural significance.

In the axis of the former castle behind the water basin an elevation, probably a former temple or something similar. The bridge is located in the axis of the former orangery, behind it a pond.

3rd quarter of the 19th century (Inspector's House) Local and regional historical and architectural significance, predominantly baroque buildings.
  • Administrator or inspector's house: elongated plastered building, plaster groove on the ground floor and coupled arched windows, protruding roof, rear part greatly changed
  • Distillery: elongated building with a high mansard roof, in the middle a dwelling with a freight elevator, standing dormers in the lower part, bat dormers in the upper part, material quarry stone
  • Farm building next to the gatehouse: One-storey, three partially covered porphyry-tuff-framed gate entrances, each with a keystone, high hipped roof
  • Gatehouse: two-storey building with a hipped mansard roof, originally two gateways, one added, orangery: five large arches on the garden side, small central projection with triangular gable, mansard roof, other farm buildings changed
  • Gardener's house: free-standing, two-storey with a high mansard roof, on the garden side with a standing dormer, courtyard side entrance and small windows with porphyry framing, garden side with large windows and plastered mirrors, plastered quarry stone, very desolate
  • Southern part of the distillery (number 11, parcel 630/1) - demolished before 2009
  • Old sheep farm (number 18, Gem. Benndorf, Flstk. 695, built 1751–1800): desolate condition - demolished before 2009
  • Benndorf Castle demolished around 1960.
