House of a farm Dorfstrasse 27
(map)
1845 dated The former stable house, which was converted and divided into apartments in GDR times, is a half-timbered building that characterizes the locality and is of local and architectural importance.

The stately two-storey half-timbered building was created after dating in the roof structure in 1845. Originally, the building was the residential stable of a typical four-sided courtyard . During the GDR era, a renovation took place in which the entire house was furnished for residential purposes. Nevertheless, it has a largely authentic appearance and is particularly effective with its external shape, which is characterized by the strikingly regular two-tier framework. Important elements from the time of construction have also been preserved inside, in particular the stone stairs and the intact roof structure. Under the facing part of the building there are two basement barrels that meet at right angles. Unfortunately none of the other buildings of the former four-sided courtyard have survived. The property is a clear testimony to the rural way of building and living on the spot and in the region, and is therefore of significance in terms of local history and building history.
