1871-1873 Striking late classicist building with a sophisticated design, emphasis on the center through a gabled portal, architectural and local history, probably also artistic importance.

The manor house of the former Mehderitzsch estate is a late classicist building built between 1871 and 1873 with characteristic joint cut plaster. Its almost square structure consists of a base, main floor, knee stick and flat hipped roof. The seven-axis front is accentuated by a central projection with a sweeping flight of stairs. A roof extension with a triangular gable appears above it. Inside the wide portal made up of pillars studded with soldiers, sturdy beams and a smaller triangular gable, there are two semicircular niches. On the park side, the middle part with a small veranda was renewed. The original room layout of the house has largely been preserved. In some rooms remains of modest stucco decoration have been preserved. The front door appears with flashed and etched glass, the inside still shows the old door stock. The monumental property of the historically significant Mehderitz mansion results from its testimony value for the architectural development in the second half of the 19th century. With a late Classicist facade, it is a concise and at the same time typical example of the historicism prevailing in architecture at the time , which was characterized by the imitation of older styles. Apart from that, as the main building of the former manor, it is also significant in terms of local history, as an important section of the history of the place is remembered here.
