List of Ramsar areas in Liberia

Ramsar areas in Liberia are protected wetlands in Liberia according to the Ramsar Convention, which was concluded in 1971 . These are of international importance, according to the intention of the international international treaty in particular as a habitat for water and wading birds .

Liberia currently has five Ramsar areas (as of 2006) with a total area of ​​around 95,879 hectares (ha).
