List of the committees of inquiry of the Landtag Brandenburg

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

All the committees of inquiry of the Landtag Brandenburg are listed below. A subdivision is made according to the individual legislative periods to ensure good legibility. The committee is also named, its mandate is mentioned and the period in which its deliberations took place is listed. In the Landtag of Brandenburg, the committees of inquiry are numbered in each electoral period, for example, committee of inquiry 1/1, 1/2 etc. The first number indicates the election period and the second number the number of the committee of inquiry in the election period.

The state parliament has the right and the duty to set up a committee of inquiry by resolution upon application by one fifth of its members in accordance with Article 72 paragraph 1 sentence 1 BbgVerf .

Some committees of inquiry had to end their educational work prematurely and without a written final report due to the end of the electoral term ( discontinuity ). The end of the electoral period can occur through the passage of time (in Bbg the Landtag is currently elected for 5 years) or through the dissolution of the Landtag (see Article 62 BbgVerf).
