List of committees of inquiry of the Hamburg citizenship

In the following, all investigative committees of the Hamburg citizenship that were set up in accordance with Art. 26 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 of the Constitution of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg of June 6, 1952 are listed. A subdivision is made according to the individual legislative periods to ensure good legibility. The committee is also named, its mandate is mentioned and the period in which its deliberations took place is listed.

1st electoral term (1946–1949)

  • Committee of Inquiry into National Socialist Corruption Cases (so-called Corruption Committee) (1947–1949)
  • Committee of Inquiry into the Hamburg Coal Crisis in Winter (1947)
  • Investigation Committee "Emergency Settlements" (1947–1948)
  • Investigation committee to review the events in connection with the death of prisoner Kleinow in the penal prison Fuhlsbüttel (so-called Kleinow committee) (1948–1949)

2nd electoral term (1949–1953)

  • Investigative Committee to investigate the serious accusations made by MP Werner Luckow in the citizenship meeting of March 3, 1950 against the Senate's personnel policy (1950–1952)
  • Investigation committee to clarify the matter of the Operettenhaus (1950–1951)
  • Investigation committee to examine the application, the deputy Willi Plautz acc. Art. 13, Para. 2, No. 1 of the Constitution of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg from June 6, 1952 to be excluded from citizenship (1952)
