List of investigative committees of the Hessian state parliament

The list of investigative committees of the Hessian state parliament includes investigative committees carried out since 1946. The official title of the committee (possibly also a common name) and the period are listed. A committee of inquiry in the Hessian state parliament can be set up by a fifth of the MPs.

  • Investigation committee “Acquisition of a capital stake in the investment and commercial bank Frankfurt aM by the state government” (1964–1966). No final report due to the state government's application to the State Court to examine the compatibility of the investigation with the Hessian constitution (judgment of the State Court of November 24, 1966, see State Gazette 1966, pp. 1612–1623).
