The primary school was built in 1898 by master bricklayer Franz Novak from Haugsdorf and inaugurated on August 15 of the same year. On August 2, 1992, the school was renamed Anton Th. Dietmaier School by the community after its honorary citizen and elementary school director . In 1996 the school basement was converted into a youth home for meetings and events.

Between 1870 and 1873 the Keller family, who already owned a steam mill in Znojmo and Hödnitz, built another steam mill in Seefeld. Between 1907 and 1907 the cellar mill was modernized by the Newalka company in Vienna-Favoriten. In 1927 the previous managing director Karl Schuster bought the mill. On July 1, 1991, Hans Georg Kuefstein acquired the shoemaker's mill and continued to run it until 1993, when the mill was stopped. In 2001 the market town of Seefeld-Kadolz acquired the entire mill area.

The rectory of Seefeld, which also included stables, a barn and a garden, was built between March 30, 1699 and May 28, 1700 by the builder Hans Sylvester from Znojmo. In 1845 it was rebuilt and later adapted again and again. In 1995 a youth home was set up on the upper floor.

On July 11, 1760, permission was given to set up a statue of the Virgin Mary in Seefeld. In 1841 several buildings burned down in the area of ​​the statue. After it had been located next to a tavern for years, it was installed in its current location in 1953 and later renovated.

In 1831 Adalbert Öller vowed to erect the Trinity Column in case his family was spared from cholera. On October 7th, 1832, the column was assigned. The Trinity Column was renovated in 1989 as part of the Lower Austrian Provincial Government's small memorial campaign. In 1994 the protective grating and the paving followed.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the reign of Emperor Franz Joseph I in 1898, a spring was drilled at a depth of 150 meters and the concrete well was built above it. In 1966, the source for the construction of the local water pipe was drilled again, and the use of the water was prohibited due to the high fluorine content. The fountain has been renovated several times in recent years.
