The parish church of St. James the Elder is a Baroque building with a south-west facing tower and a semicircular apse in front. The façade is simply structured by means of square-frame, arched windows. After a fire in 1846, the two-storey tower with a pyramid helmet was renovated. Its facade is structured by corner pilasters and also bottle-framed arched windows on the sound floor.

The branch church of St. Jakob is a Romanesque hall building from the 12th century with a mighty west tower. The building is built with stone-faced ashlar and quarry stone masonry, was later extended to the south and changed in Baroque style at the end of the 17th century. Gothic buttresses on the facade of the nave and the apse, pointed and round arched windows. The tower is equipped with coupled Romanesque windows with central columns in the sound floor and a renewed pyramid helmet.

The two-storey, two-storey four-wing complex with brick hipped roofs and a tower was expanded around 1570. An inscription above the portal on the south facade shows this year. The castle was originally enclosed by a defensive wall, only parts of which have survived today.

The three-wing complex to the west of the castle is partly two-story and the core dates from the 16th / 17th century. Century.
