List of land monuments in Buxheim
The list of field monuments in Buxheim provides an overview of field monuments (field crosses , wayside shrines , boundary stones , Marterln ) in the municipality of Buxheim and in the district of Westerhart . In addition, the land monuments are listed in the list of monuments of the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation as of August 2014. In addition, other land monuments ( memorial stones , accident crosses , etc.) are included, but without any claim to completeness.
Notes on the information in the table
- In the column Location the name of the place, hamlet etc., as well as the street or the direction from the respective part of the town, in or near which the land monument is located, is given.
- The type of monument is given in the Name column , e.g. B. floor cross, wayside shrine, etc.
- The year of construction or the period in which the land monument was created is given in the Date of Origin column .
- The monument number of the Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Monuments is given in the Monument Number column , provided that the land monument is under monument protection.
- In the column , the geographical location can be displayed on various maps by clicking on the icon.
- In the Additional Information / Inscriptions column , further details or the original inscription on the site monument are given in quotation marks.
