The European route 017 (short: E 017 ) is a European route of the intermediate network in Russia .

The European route 017 begins at the European route 22 near Jelabuga on the right bank of the Kama and runs from there over Naberezhnye Chelny with a length of 323 kilometers in a southeast direction to Ufa , where it connects to the European route 30 . It is also the easternmost section of the Russian federal trunk road M7 Volga , which connects Moscow with Ufa (the section of the M7 from Moscow to Yelabuga and the M7 branch from Yelabuga to Perm is part of European route 22).
The cities of Naberezhnye Chelny , Menselinsk and Djurtjuli are located on or near the European route 017 . About half of it runs in the territories of the republics of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan .
