The European route 421 (abbreviation: E 421 ) is a European route that extends from the German border near Aachen through Belgium ( province of Liège ) and Luxembourg in a north-south direction.

course

Aachen - Eupen - Malmedy - Sankt Vith - Ettelbruck - Colmar-Berg - Luxembourg . From the German-Belgian border, the European route follows a section of the A3 in Belgium. At Eynatten it changes to the Belgian N68 and leads via Eupen and Malmedy to the A27 (also E42 ). This she follows to Sankt Vith. South of Sankt Vith, the E 421 changes to the national road 62 , which reaches the Belgian-Luxembourg border at Malscheid (BEL) / Wemperhardt (LUX) via Burg-Reuland . The course of the road now corresponds to the N 7 on the Luxembourg side . The N7 passes Weiswampach and Heinerscheid as well as Marnach. North of Diekirch, the E 421 changes to the N27A and then merges with the B7 , which becomes the A7 north of Colmar . The E 421 leaves the motorway past Mersch and leads on the N 7 through the Alzette valley to Luxembourg.
