The European route 373 (abbreviation: E 373 ) is a European route that connects the city of Lublin in Poland with Kiev in the Ukraine. From southeast of Lublin to the Ukrainian border , the E 373 is identical to the eastern part of Droga krajowa 12 . It is planned to expand to Droga ekspresowa S12 . From the border, the E 373 is identical to the M 07 . After a total of 508 kilometers on Ukrainian territory, the E 373 reaches Kiev.

The E 373 begins southeast of Lublin near Piaski , where it branches off from the E 372 to the east. It crosses the city of Chełm and meets the Polish-Ukrainian border at Dorohusk . From the Ukrainian border at Jahodyn , the route of the E 373 corresponds to that of the M 07. The E 85 is crossed at Kovel . From Sarny , the E 373 then runs in a south-easterly direction and finally reaches Kiev.
