The European route 652 (short: E 652 ) is a very short European route that leads from Austria to Slovenia . It begins in Klagenfurt and ends at Kranj (Krainburg).

In the city center of Klagenfurt, the E 652 begins at the same route as Loiblpass Straße (B91). The Drava is crossed. The road leads past Lambichl over the Ferlacher reservoir . The Loibl Tunnel begins south of Unterloibl and also crosses the Austrian-Slovenian border. In Slovenia, the E 652 runs on the Slovenian road 101 and passes Tržič . At Podbrezje, a district of the town of Naklo , north of Kranj , the E 652 meets the Avtocesta A2 and the E 61 , and ends there.
