It begins in Vlissingen on the Zealand peninsula with the Dutch A58 , then runs through Noord-Brabant and ends near Eindhoven at “Knooppunt Batadorp” on the Dutch A2 . The E 312 connects the E 19 (near Breda) with the E 25 . At “Knooppunt Sint-Annabosch” there is a connection to the E 311 , at “Knooppunt Galder” (near Breda / Kaarschot) the A16 leads to Belgium.
