The European route 604 is a total of around 105 kilometers long European route of the intermediate network, which connects the cities of Tours and Vierzon in France .

The road runs from west to east and, starting from Europastraße 5 ( Autoroute A10 ) south of Tours, follows the route of Autoroute A85 , which forms part of Europastraße 60 to the west up to its intersection with the A10 . To the east, it follows the further course of the A85, initially runs south of the Cher , which is crossed northwest of Saint-Aignan (Loir-et-Cher) , then bypasses Romorantin-Lanthenay to the south and meets the A71 autoroute ( European route 9 ) where it ends.
