The Autoroute A 10 , also known as L'Aquitaine , is a toll motorway in France that runs from the south of Paris to Bordeaux . At 557 km, it is the longest motorway in France.

By default, the motorway has two lanes per direction of travel, with the exception of the sections in the south of Paris (to Tours). In Tours , the A 10 functions as an urban motorway . At the Orléans motorway junction , the A 71 , which is also subject to toll, branches off in the direction of Clermont-Ferrand , and at Poitiers the A 86 goes west. At the southern end near Bordeaux, the A 10 splits into the N 230 and the A 630 .
