Allaines-Mervilliers is a commune Déléguée in the French commune of Janville-en-Beauce with 307 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire .

Allaines-Mervilliers is about 38 kilometers southeast of Chartres . Allaines-Mervilliers is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Guilleville in the north and north-west, Poinville and Santilly in the south-east, Bazoches-les-Hautes in the south, Tillay-le-Péneux in the south-west and Eole-en-Beauce in the west.
history
On January 1, 1973, the localities of Allaines and Mervilliers were combined to form today's municipality.
With effect from January 1, 2019, the formerly independent municipalities of Janville , Allaines-Mervilliers and Le Puiset were merged to form the Commune nouvelle Janville-en-Beauce and have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative headquarters are in Janville. The municipality of Allaines-Mervilliers belonged to the Arrondissement of Chartres and the canton of Voves (until 2015: canton Janville ).
