Eynatten is a village in eastern Belgium . The town, around eight kilometers south of Aachen, has been part of Raeren since the municipal merger in 1977 and is part of the German-speaking community . The zip code is 4731.

The population is made up of the residents of Lichtenbusch and Eynatten. The population was 3413 in mid-2002.

Eynatten lies at an altitude of 260 to 280 m above sea level and is located in a region that is mainly characterized by agriculture, especially milk production.

history

The oldest historical finds come from the Stone Age; Roman settlement is assumed for the later period.
