List of Putuo Shan sites

This is a list of the Putuo Shan sites . The mountains (see main article Putuo Shan普陀山) off the coast of the Chinese province of Zhejiang are one of the four sacred mountains of Buddhism in China . It is an important pilgrimage site and a much-visited tourist destination. The list focuses on Buddhist sites, especially Buddhist temples .

The temples Puji si普济寺, Fayu si法 雨 寺, Huiji si慧 济 寺 are among the national focus temples of Buddhism in Han-Chinese areas .

Most of the buildings are under monument protection (see Monuments of the People's Republic of China and Monuments of the Zhejiang Province ).
