List of Emei Shan sites
This is a list of Emei Shan sites . The mountain range (see main article Emei Shan ) in the area of Emeishan in the southwest Chinese province of Sichuan is one of the four sacred mountains of Buddhism in China . It is an important pilgrimage site and a much-visited tourist destination. The list focuses on Buddhist sites, especially Buddhist temples .
The temple sites Baoguo Temple , Wannian Temple , Hongchun Ping , Xixiang Chi , Jinding are among the national focus temples of Buddhism in Han Chinese areas .
Most of the buildings are listed (see Monuments of the People's Republic of China and Monuments of the Sichuan Province ).
