The 2009/10 season was the 19th season of the Lithuanian Ice Hockey League , the highest Lithuanian ice hockey division . Sporto Centras Elektrenai became champions for the first time in the club's history .

Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime, one point for a loss after overtime and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
