The 2013/14 season was the 23rd season of the Lithuanian Ice Hockey League , the highest Lithuanian ice hockey division . The Lithuanian championship won for the first time in the club's history Delovaja Rus Kaliningrad .

mode

Before the season, the Lithuanian series champion SC Energija withdrew from the NRLR (Nacionalinė ledo ritulio lyga). In addition, the Kėdainių LRK stopped playing, so that the first division was dissolved and the previous second amateur division became the highest league in the country. The game was played in three regional groups.

In the main round, each of the teams played 12 and 9 games respectively. Then the champions were determined in the playoffs. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime, one point for a loss after overtime and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
