Nora Ekberg , better known under her stage name Little Sis Nora (born August 30, 1996 in Sweden ), is a Swedish singer and rapper .

Career

Ekberg is best known for her guest contributions to songs by her brother, the music producer AronChupa , on which she often performs the lead vocals. The most successful work by both artists is the title I'm an Albatraoz from 2014, which reached the top ten in several European countries, including Germany , Austria and Switzerland , and topped the charts in their home country Sweden and Denmark climbed. In addition, the song's official music video, in which Little Sis Nora also appears, has over a billion views on YouTube . Unlike on future collaborations, however, the singer was not specified as an official feature on her debut. All of the following video clips by the siblings also resulted in high click numbers in the seven to eight-digit range. With Rave in the Grave , the duo achieved another success in the Swedish charts in 2018 at position 93. In 2020, Nora's first solo single, Fun , was released without her brother.

Musical style

The songs interpreted by Little Sis Nora are mostly to be assigned to the electroswing genre, which is why their singing style is accordingly strongly oriented towards the swing of the 1920s and 1930s and a sometimes ironically staged retro feeling should be conveyed.
