Liu Yung-Chien (born February 17, 1989 ) is a former Taiwanese biathlete .
Liu Yung-Chien took part in the Biathlon European Cup between 2005 and 2009 at the beginning of the season, and from 2008 the IBU Cup . He always started at only one station in the racing series and only took part in sprint races. Until 2008 he started regularly in Obertilliach , in 2009 in Ridnaun . From 2005 and 2006 he took part in the competitions of the juniors, since 2007 in the men's competitions. Yung-Chien's best result was a 112th place, achieved in 2007. In that year, he also took part in the Winter Asian Games as the only male participant in his country and finished 19th in the sprint race. After the 2010/11 season he ended his career.
