Liudas Šukys

Liudas Šukys (born December 11, 1972 in Klaipėda ) is a former Lithuanian politician, Vice Minister .

Life

After graduating from Martynas Mažvydas Middle School in Klaipėda in 1990 , he studied at Klaipėdos universitetas . He was co-editor of the student newspaper "Kukutis". After eleven years, he completed his bachelor's degree in philology at the Vilniaus universitetas in Vilnius . He worked at UAB "Video Zounds" as a creative director. In 2008 he took part in the Seimas election in the Gargždai constituency as a member of the Tautos prisikėlimo partija . From 2008 he was an advisor to the Minister of Culture Remigijus Vilkaitis and then until 2010 his deputy and vice minister. From 2010 he headed the organization “Red institutas” as director.

Liudas Šukys has a son.
