Livio Cori (* 1990 in Naples ) is an Italian rapper .

Career

Cori comes from the Quartieri Spagnoli and started writing his own songs at the age of 14. From 2008 he worked with various names in the Neapolitan hip-hop scene and published his first songs between R&B and dubstep at NoonStudios , once together with Ghemon . When Liberato , an anonymous Neapolitan rapper, went viral in 2017 and gained notoriety throughout Italy, Cori was one of the candidates for his true identity; however, he denied it several times. In the third season of the television series Gomorrah he was seen as an actor and also contributed a song to the soundtrack. In 2018 he released his debut EP Montacalvario on Sugar Music by Caterina Caselli .

At the end of 2018, Coris was announced to participate in the Sanremo Festival 2019 together with Nino D'Angelo . With the song Un'altra luce , the duo landed in last place.
